"We had a fantastic stay at the Woodvale. The food was excellent and despite it being a very busy time (just a few days before Christmas so lots of big parties) we didn't wait too long for our meals. We had a lovely, en-suite family room with a sea view. There was a sofa and coffee table too which gave us another space to sit, rather than just the bed. "Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "
