"Excellent customer service, very clean room. Convenient to walk to restaurants and downtown Cincinnati. Only one small complaint, there was a strong air freshener scent in the room that was very overwhelming and not overly pleasant at first. We became nose blind to it after awhile, Overall, an amazing hotel and would definitely stay there again. "

"The attached restaurant was incredible. I fully expected mediocre (overpriced) food, given the captive airport audience. I was WRONG. The main meal Rock Shrimp Tacos were FANTASTIC (and at $20 for the 3, appropriately priced), and the server was quite good, asking if I'd like a lemon slice with my water. I'd chosen this hotel as my car could stay there (save on airport parking) ~ but I'd go back for the restaurant alone!"

"Refrigerator had ice built up. Door would not close on day of check in. Had to remove shelf’s in order for the door to close. The next morning, they came in and changed the refrigerator out. We were gone all day. When we returned we notice the new fridge. They put all are stuff into the new fridge, they never turned the fridge on. Everything got warm.(such a waste) Stains on the couches. Breakfast was ok. But the Eggs were horrible. For Continental breakfast it was just that. People at front...

"We have stayed here several times before and almost didn’t this time. The price was slightly higher than other similar suite style hotels. I am always glad when we stay at the residence Inn. They are so responsive to even the smallest issue. We had people in our party with severe food issues and they did an amazing Job adapting for them at breakfast. "
