"This property is amazing! So quiet and serene away from the city. Visiting Florence is easy and I did it 2 times during my stay. U simply drive down the mountain about 15 min to San Lorenzo and catch 1hr train to Florence. The pool is amazing and the house has so much history. The drive up the mountain is about 15 minutes up some of it is unpaved but it is well WORTH it. Fantastic for families."

"Firstly, I could not get in touch with the property host after making multiple attempts to contact him. The morning of our scheduled arrival, I had to contact Vbro to file a complaint.The property was very old and grimy. The internet did not work at all - and we had people who were working remotely so had to leave to town to connect with internet. The power went out 2 days in a row and we had to wait 6 hours before an electrician came over and the second time, waited overnight for power. When...

"This house/Mansion , slept the 5 guys after our Mugello track experience and the owner was incredible and was driven to make sure that we had everything we needed !!! I would go back in a heartbeat !!! It was several hundred yrs old and Meticulously maintained!!! Out of a 5 stars , I would give it 7 :-)!!!"

"My wife and I found the cutest villa on top of a mountain top. About 40 minutes. Outside of Florence called Villa Campestre. "A beautiful villa and Irene the land load was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. "This is a campground. We stayed in a mobile home. The mobile home was a bit grimy. They have a good restaurant, though. If you are coming in from the Via degli Dei, go around on the road. The gate on the Via degli Dei doesn’t let you in unless you call them and someone comes to open it. They do have a free shuttle to the train station. "
