"We had a wonderful one night stay as a small family (couple with a toddler). The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless. We had a family room with views of the valley. Neither was an option as the bar was packed due to sport and outside was cold . So no evening meal . Some leniency on our dog in restaurant would have been appropriate given the situation . "

"Comfortable room, though not large, with en-suite and a really comfortable bed. We were welcomed on arrival and helped upstairs with our luggage. We had key to come and go as we pleased and visited different places each day. Only one wet day, otherwise warm and sunny - good for October. Mostly came back to eat dinner at the Inn - food was delicious. Excellent breakfasts too. Staff did everything possible to make it a good holiday for us. Many thanks! "

"Very clean. Room in need of updating. Curtain was hanging off at one end, pictures on the wall were wonky and not central, the decor was old. The wallpaper had been painted over so many times, holes in walls where screws had been. The bathroom very very small, you had to come out of there to dry yourself. "Nice property with plenty of space. We stayed in winter but the deck would obviously be lovely in summer! Parking is available but is tricky and not ideal if you have a van - up a steep ramp and then requires reversing down a narrow lane to get out. Not impossible but not easy! There is parking in the village which was easily accessible when we stayed. "
