"The hotel itself was just beautiful both outside and inside. It was very clean and had a really warm decor. We sat in the courtyard bar and enjoyed trying different foods from all the various hotel restaurants. The servers were all very nice and informative."

"This is a good option for staying in Zermatt. A sort of traditional European hotel, two twin beds, small rooms, most rooms have to share shower and toilet with other rooms on the floor. A bit of a walk from the station. You actually check in at the modern hotel nearby. But overall, if you are looking for basics when enjoying the scenic outdoors of Zermatt, this is fine. Not really a romantic or business hotel. "
