"We stayed here for a month. It is a unique and stunning place…every bit as impressive in person than in the pictures, if not more so. Lots of space, comfortable seating and bed, awesome kitchen which is well equipped. You get both a tub and shower as well as two sinks so perfect for a couple. And we were grateful to have a washer and dryer — the latter rarely available in Europe rentals. Everything you need is provided. There was a minor mixup at check-in but the owner took care of it quickly....

"The location of the property was great for exploring Avignon, which is a beautiful town to visit! We found the apartment to be a little dirty though and the bedsheets had some stains on them. Also to note unfortunately the free parking is in a public carpark outside the city (Des Italiens parking is best) and you will need to catch a free shuttle to the apartment (use the CZ1), hope this helps others! "

"This building is exceptional. Unfortunately it needs tender loving care, which would be very expensive. Staying in a place like this is definitely a memory. Several things in the kitchen were very dirty. The dishes were not clean, we had to wash them before using them. The cloths in the bread baskets were very dirty. Dish cloths also dirty. "Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
