"Good proximity to the park, decent food, but not great, not great drinks included - need better deep cleaning - decor was not giving Disney standard. Dull and outdated. Cheap finishings. Mould in bathroom tile grout - water stains / limescale stain in toilet"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing. Staff were very helpful. Only down I’d say was the pool didn’t seem too clean. Ideal location only disappointment was we wasn’t told when checking in about meet and greet with characters in the hotel."

"So convenient for Disneyland Paris, shopping at Val d'Europe and the train stations for getting around. Was easy to get to from Paris Charles de Gaulle airport also. The staff was very helpful. The little market by the front desk has wonderful options for food you could prepare in room."

The a/c in the room and throughout the hotel was warm, our room was “hot” even though it was set at the lowest temperature.
