"The property was great and communication was good. The main problem is having to give a deposit prior to arriving. Given the options, it’s basically impossible for a US citizen that doesn’t have a UK bank account or credit card. The only way we could do it was to get someone we knew in the UK to pay it. Our hosts Siobhan and John were such a lovely couple and we loved getting the chance to meet them. They made our stay so relaxed and comfortable we found it so hard to leave.
