"Ideal for our 2 night stay exploring North Devon coast. We were welcomed and given helpful local information. There are convenience shops and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Although the location is on a main road, there are parking spaces. Our well equipped room was quiet, being situated in an annex at the back of the house. Ideal for a short stay. "

"Lovely inn very near the water’s edge. The West Lyn and East Lyn rivers join together just outside the front door and both spill into the Atlantic less than a five-minute walk away. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a wonderful shower tub combo with a fun n spacious design. Water pressure throughout was perfect as was the water temp. "This is a special place, beautiful grounds, where you can walk freely walk. Our daughter had the opportunity to feed the Alpacas and sheep, which was very special. The accommodation is fantastic, we stayed in the Stables, which has a conservatory, it mkes all the difference to open these doors to the garden at the back. All in all, a very special place we can't wait to visit again! Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly."

"We had a very warm welcome from excellent hosts. The Great House was beautifully presented and a house with fascinating history. We totally relaxed with a hot tub and freshly baked picnic whilst we were there. The walking in the area is beautiful and I recommend a visit here. "
