"Superb location in Lynton. The best place to stay for access to the town, walks and funicular down to Lynmouth. Good view of the bay from up on the terrace too. Just bear in mind that the kitchen is a spiral staircase and two flights of stairs away from the terrace. Accommodation is good for a couple & dog, providing you’re ok with the.spiral staircase. "Great location, just you and nature."

"Property was spacious and nicely decorated but unfortunately not the cleanest or well soundproofed with flats above and below. The views made up for it but various Crockery and saucepans had to be cleaned before use, rooms were a bit dated with paint chipping off walls in the bathroom and the brambles on the driveway and path leading up-to the property could also do with cutting back. Having said that great location for visiting the beaches and could never tire of the view it gives you."

"Property tired but very clean. Great site, we made use of a smashing pool and the bar/ entertainment area which served excellent food. Close to Ilfracombe, lovely beaches and tourist atractions. Large Tesco 5-10 mins walk up the road was very convenient."

"The experience does not align to the website. Buildings in poor state or repair woth wooden external staircase broken. First apartment smelt so bad requested immediate change. 2nd apartment at mininum expected standard. Pillows very hard, beds uncomfortable. Surrounding area and tenants concerning. Left a day early."

"The property in Woolacombe was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and every thing you could possibly need, even down to toothpaste, for the perfect stay. Jenny the house keeper texted to say the apartment was ready early and access was as easy as the info sent said it would be. It was ideally situated overlooking the beach yet close to town centre. Jenny and her team, if she has one, did a great job of keeping the apartment in 100% top class condition."
