"We had a great one night stay in the hotel and the room was excellent. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Our only disappointment was there was no 4G available and the WI-FI didn’t work in the bedroom. "

"We enjoyed using the spa facilities in the morning, although we would have also liked to use them in the evening but they closed about 8pm I think. Breakfast selection was excellent and the service was attentive, yet relaxed and friendly. Surprisingly tranquil setting given the proximity to major roads. Location is therefore very easy to drive to. Plentiful parking. "

"Food was really gorgeous. We had breakfast, dinner and cream tea there. All excellent. Room was very comfortable but small. Hotel garden lovely. Drinks great. Service was haphazard: often had to go inside to seek or give a food order, or request cutlery once food had come etc, as hard to flag someone down once we’d been seated/served. Some staff were welcoming, some were brusk. Hotel in beautiful town and was a lovely place. Overall, would go again. "
