Rick is a wonderful host. Very flexible and easy to reach if needed. We were blessed to find one of the coolest places in Colorado to make memories with our daughters!"

"Great location to stay. Phillip greeted us upon arrival, very nice and friendly guy. We enjoyed our stay at their location. One thing we were very displeased with was the uncleanliness in the house. Dog hair all over the place, on the carpets, the beds, on the countertops & table. Pet friendly places must be cleaned much better at all times."

"This cabin has a beautiful view and the beds were comfortable. The immediate driveway needs to be addressed a bit with (deep washed out areas) but it’s ok with an SUV. I really liked that they had comfortable seating outside with cushions to enjoy the view. There was plenty of stocked dishes to cook with. "We stayed during Christmas and it was everything we were needing. It was truly a place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Eric checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend if you want to sit back and relax. "
