"1. The parking space was adjacent to many overflowing garbage containers, creating a serious bio-hazard danger. 2. The air-conditioning unit apart of being extremely noisy is undersize and did not provide any significant relief for the heat. 3. The fridge was dirty and had broken handle, seemed to be a goodwill acquisition. 4. Furniture throughout the house was barely functional. 5. The bathroom was dirty. 6. The kitchen faucet was broken. We had to find another accomodation after two days...
