"The best hotel I have experienced. The hotel is beautiful with the grand lobby with double staircases. Very elegant and perfect for weddings especially. The staff are amazingly knowledgeable friendly and kind and caring. The amenities are also top notch with spa included with sauna wet and dry ones. Snacks of almond cookies apricots and hot jasmine or seasonal tea is offered for us to enjoy the experience. I can’t express how satisfied we were at this beautiful resort. "

"Returning stay as I personally enjoyed the rooms and the service. Special mention to Jason/concierge who went out his way to research and suggest local recommendations when I requested. That made the trip very personalised and interesting for us. It’s our second time encountering him and it was extremely pleasant! Kudos to his dedication and commitment. He is definitely a gem!"

"Really amazing hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was perfect. Everyone was very friendly and so attentive. They seem to have everything you could ever need in the room and the staff where very detail focussed, noticing we had a lot of shoes and had lots of charging cables so a shoe rack and cable ties arrived in an evening. The executive lounge I think is good value for money too, they say you have hors d'oeuvre and cocktails from 6pm but really it’s a buffet dinner and every type of drink. The location is very close to the strip and the Light Rail but being a separate complex (Galaxy) means it’s a bit quieter and easier when you want to step away but still have restaurants and shops available. Honestly, I think when I’m in the region again I’ll probably go for a couple of days just for the hotel. You also have access to some facilities in the Ritz Carlton, which has great restaurants and a super bar which is worth a visit. My thanks to Kayla and Celine at reception, Inga in the executive lounge, Rochelle the room attendant for making our stay so special!"

"I personally prefer hard pillows hence the ones in the room didn’t quite suit me. But overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Breakfast is a good spread and a lady staff named Christina or Christine (apologies I didn’t see her name properly), but she’s from Philippines and very fair and slim, she’s very friendly."
