Welcome to our cosy holiday home located in Costermano, ideal for a pleasant and relaxing holiday on Lake Garda.
This spacious flat is located on the first and top floor of a lovely residence with a communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days.

On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy meals on the spacious attic terrace, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, while admiring the surrounding views.

The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat to rest after a day of exploring, with the spacious wardrobe for neat storage, while the bathroom complete with washing machine ensures maximum comfort during your stay.
Going up to the second attic floor, you will find another cosy room with a double bed and a large single bed, perfect for hosting your family or a group of friends. The private bathroom with bidet and bathtub completes the comfort of this separate area.
The communal swimming pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun, while free parking in front of the house ensures maximum convenience during your stay.

Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-out at 10 a.m.

Taxes not included in the booking price and to be paid in cash on arrival:
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years of age).
- Late check-in: please let us know your approximate arrival time in good time, at an extra charge!

Optional extras on request and to be paid in cash on arrival:
- Bed linen and towels: you can add them at a cost of €12.50 per person per change, or you are welcome to bring your own and save on the final price. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds and if this is possible, and a request is made, the extra charge for the set of bed linen is +€10.00. Advance booking is required.
- Pets are welcome on request, +€20.00 per pet will be charged for the entire stay.
- Early Check In: is only possible after consulting the availability of the respective flat and can only be communicated two days prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Late Check Out: is only possible after consulting the availability of the respective flat and can only be communicated two days prior to departure, with an additional charge.

- Baby cot (1-24 months) + € 15,00
- High chair + € 10.00
