"Lovely hotel in a great location by the lagoon. The staff were very welcoming and the junior suite was very nice. We had an issue with the heating not working very well but other than that our stay was excellent. The hotel restaurant, La Boca, is definitely recommended."

It did not disappoint and staying at this hotel was great The location was perfect with great eating places on the doorstep. "We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel. "

"Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean premises and well equipped, good sized rooms. 2 swimming pools, a gym, good food options and plenty of free car parking add to the positives. A good hotel all round with lovely beaches nearby and the national park to walk in. Highly recommended. "

"Fantastic resort at a great location. Service was impeccable. If I had one negative, it's that I wish that the dining options included more Spanish cuisine. The room service menu had very few Spanish items, and even the restaurants were not particularly Spanish in focus. For many visiting the area, the Andalucian cuisine is what we look forward to. But, overall, a wonderful resort."
