"The hostel itself was fine. Pretty clean. The staff were nice. It’s just unfortunate that I only stayed 1 night out of the 5 I paid for because a few guests were beyond unhygienic. The entire room reeked of their stench and the staff couldn’t get me into another dorm. I know that’s a hard issue for staff to deal with and it wasn’t their fault. "

"El establecimiento me envió un correo electrónico de confirmación al momento de reservar donde decía que los horarios de recepción eran de 7 a 23. Cuando llegué a hacer el check-in a las 22.20, estaba todo cerrado. Al comunicarme telefónicamente, me atendió un empleado quien, de muy mala manera me informó que los horarios que decía el correo no eran los que manejaba el establecimiento, y me dio un código de seguridad para acceder a las llaves. "Our group of seven all loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel facilities were great. Service was outstanding. The GM and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed drinks and food in the hotel. Definitely recommend. Excellent value. "

"Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Only downside was the pool bar was not open which made it hard to get drinks or food. Should have a more casual option for food during the day other than the formal restaurant, but overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again."

"The hotel is very nice. Close to restaurants and shopping that are within a ten minute walk, with even more a little further out. During my stay a power outage occurred. The hotel was equipped with a backup generator to keep power in the building minus AC. The staff is helpful and accommodating. "
