"One night’s stay at Fattoria for me, my husband and our 17 year old. The hotel is geared up for a family who love their activities - a full timetable of events, football, tennis, a mini farm and 3 pools. The main pool area was lovely, with a well-stocked pool bar. One thing worth noting, as is sometime the Italian way, this hotel has swimming caps as compulsory. My 17 yr old was not impressed. "We enjoyed staying here. It was very relaxing. However, we were asked to pay extra at checkout for “bianchieri” (white things, meaning towels and sheets). This was not in the terms for this hotel and we were not asked if we need them or informed in advance about the additional charge. I thought it was rather tacky to ask for that at the end of a pleasant stay. I refused to pay it and the staff did not insist but it left a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise lovely stay. "
