We are 2 adults and 2 teenage girls and all loved the closeness to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the beach. We also used it as a base for exploring further afield. "We stayed at the property during October 2024 when the terrible rains came to Valencia. Although we weren't affected in Moraira, Paz the owner very kindly reached out to make sure we were alright. The property itself is fantastic and all the better for not being a new build. The house is an easy enough walk into town, although if you're with small children you'll probably want a buggy ... at least for the homeward leg which is mostly uphill! "This villa has everything you would ever need and it was hard to leave ! The villla is decorated to a high spec and has everything you need. The pool area is so clean and is like a 5 star hotel but without the crowds. I would definitely like to visit again. Our children loved it and there was enough Netflix and Amazon as well as most of day in the pool. There is so much attention to detail. We had a wonderful week. The shops and town are nearby making it an ideal location if you have a car....

"We had a lovely holiday, enjoyed our stay at the villa, a couple of things needs some TLC around the villa. But we lived the rustic spanish feel. The extrnal side gate handle needs fixing as keeps falling out and the path from the pool to villa could really do with cementing in as we had a few trips and falls. Lick of paint. But thats just feeback. This didnt stop us havin the best time. So thank you x"

"This is a charming villa set in a hilly enclave just north of El Campello. We chose NOT to rent a car - so we stayed local (from Alicante to Villajoysa is easy/cheap to do by tram). The tram stop (and local wine/grocery merchant) is an easy 10 minute walk - take a backpack and its easy to do your shopping and be back at the villa. The grounds are nice with lots of vignettes around the villa to either chase the sun or the breeze depending on time of day. Candy was wonderful to meet us on...

"The outdoor space was fantastic. Unfortunately no water in the jacuzzi and the ping pong table couldn’t be used due to being located in a very hot garage. The stunning sea view would have been years ago when trees were not matured. You are paying for the outdoor space. Not walking distance from the local beaches."

It was too cool to benefit from outdoor kitchen and pool but we enjoyed spending time outdoors on lounge chairs . Property was securely fenced for dogs to run and park car.
