"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. "Had a great stay in the villa. Its situated in a quiet area which was great and the facilities were spot on, just as advertised (although the photos listed on the advertisment didnt do it justice). There were a couple of areas of maintainace that require sorting such as a loose door handle in tbe familly bedroom and a leaky air con unit in the living room but overall the villa is a very pleasent place to stay. We may be looking to book it again for next year."

"The photos don’t do this villa justice. The villa worked perfectly for our family holiday with the split living over the three floors allowing everyone their independence. They had everything you could need and you could happily spend the week without venturing into to the town if you wanted. We regularly walked into town which took no more than 15 minutes. Some of our party weren’t able to do the walk, but access by car was easy. Moraira offered ann overwhelming amount of restaurants. Could...

"Bedrooms & bathrooms very clean, but in sitting rooms there was a smell of pets. The varying levels around pool area could be difficult for small children and adults with mobility issues. The pool was excellent."

"The property has plenty of space and is very well equipped overall. It needs a bit of maintenance as some of the decor looks a little faded, a couple of the doors stick and the mattress in the red bedroom was lumpy. "

"Really spacious villa. Comfortable sofas and good location, and nice outdoor area. The place does need a good clean, needs new sun lounger mats, bathroom mats and toilet brushes. No dishwasher. Would expect this for the price. "

"The outdoor space was fantastic. Unfortunately no water in the jacuzzi and the ping pong table couldn’t be used due to being located in a very hot garage. The stunning sea view would have been years ago when trees were not matured. You are paying for the outdoor space. Not walking distance from the local beaches."

"Brilliant villa. Would recommend a car but easy enough to walk but not for 7yr olds in the heat. We got online shopping delivered which was amazing. Also take out delivered. Some lovely restaurants nearby 10-15min walk. There were 9 of us in total and we had such an amazing holiday at the villa. We did have a couple of power outages but was soon sorted and had no impact "
