"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "Great location. Hotel is a little faded. No AC in the room made the room very warm and had to sleep with balcony door open. But nice staff and overall reasonable stay. "

"This a good hotel for the price you pay. There is always something you can find to eat in the restaurant and a fresh cooking station. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The front of the hotel has been done up. Our room needed updating but was fine. There was a sewage smell from time to time from the bathroom unfortunately but they seem to be aware and a freshner smell comes through after a while"

"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "
