"Wonderful hotel with super friendly staff. It's right on the beach, easy parking in front. Very central, short walk to stores and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet but you also have a kitchen. Big pool with a bar. We have visited Las Terrenas multiple times and this is our favorite place to stay. "

"L'hotel en lui meme etait tres bien, repas tres bon, personnel competent, locaux propre, belle plage ect... Seul insatisfaction sur l'emplacement de l'hotel qui est loin de las terennas et mal deservit. Nous avons eu l'impression que l'hotel faisait tout pour nous garder a l'hotel car pour 12km aller/retour ils nous proposer un servkce taxi a 70 euros. En sortant un taxi nous a prit pour 7euros (l'accueil de l'otel s'est caché de nous le dire) ... Cettains toutistes sont malheuresement pas respectueux du personnels ... Bonne adresse 😇"

"Soon after booking I Tony reached out with Eduardo and asked if we had any questions. They answered all of the questions I had leading up to the trip and stayed in contact during the trip to help with communication between my group and the staff. Unfortunately our Spanish was not very good, but Eduardo spoke perfect English, so with his help and google translate we were able to communicate effectively. Our Chefs name was Christina, she was so kind and her food was amazing. She was very patient with my broken Spanish and you could tell that she wanted to make our stay great. We let her pick the meals and let me tell you, that was probably the best decision we could have made. Everything was so fresh and tasted excellent. Her and they sou chef did such a great job, we could not have asked for better cooking staff. Fernando, our driver was outstanding. He was so gracious to our families needs. He was often working around the property and would check in each day to see if we wanted to go anywhere.After the first couple trips to town and getting to know him you could tell that he really enjoyed taking care of my family. I would ask about going to get groceries, surfing, sight seeing, etc. and he always knew where to go. He knew which people would treat us well and who to avoid. That made us so much more comfortable on our trip. I can not say enough nice things about the staff.The house and location were beautiful, and the staff were the best ever!"
