"We adored the house. 10 friends who simply wanted to spend time together. The host was so amazing and helpful supplying really good local stuff to do around the village it’s so central and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedrooms are enormously comfortable and huge log fire really comfy and homely. Thanks Victoria and Nala for making us so welcome."

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"The Barn was beautiful, appealing and very spacious in a quiet area which was ideal for exploring the local area and seeing places like Blenheim Palace. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very well equipped kitchen and we managed very well even with covid restrictions. The hob could be a bit tricky but Rosemary was very quick to help. It really was a home from home and there was plenty of wildlife to watch. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the...

"Quite the best property we have ever rented. Comfortable beds and everything in the kitchen one could possibly want for self-catering - and all looking wonderfully hygienic and spotless. Three good bathrooms, including one with shower for the disabled. We were blessed with good weather for sitting in the wonderful garden."
