"Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome."

The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. The tiling around the pool is a trip hazard in several places and the mosaic tiling in the pool itself clearly has not been maintained for years, with hundreds of...

"We chose Hindscarth for a long awaited family reunion gathering members from across 4 different countries. It was a brilliant stay and we wished we had booked it for longer (we’ve stayed for a week). We loved the stunning breakfast views, the perfect combination of family and private space, and a great location for some of Cornwall’s best attractions. We found 2 of the bed mattresses placed upside-down on the beds after they were changed from Kings to singles. "We stayed for new year and have a great time the only thing I would say it when we arrived the lodge was cold and a little damp would have been nice to come into some warmth. Once we left heaters on for a while it warmed up. Pool was great, good in the pub was delicious all round we had a great time "
