"Extremely close to the train station. You can just walk across the street and the hotel is in front. Breakfast is a bit hard to get food. Not replaced as it is emptied. Sausages especially. Too many tour groups use this hotel and is used by tourists. Reception is not able to give advice on how to get to things like pharmacy or banks. Their solution was “take a taxi” Bologna is undergoing a great deal of street construction so a taxi is a waste of money and time in blocked traffic. "

"I think that this was a 5-star hotel but it didn’t keep up that standard and it becomes an old hotel. As a gold member of Expedia, I would get 20 euro credit for “food and drink” but I was told that breakfast is NOT “food” therefore I could not use 20 euro credit towards a breakfast. Beware the hotel may not honour whatever promised. "
