"This property has a lot of potential as the location is close to everything. It needs a major remodeling, as all the appliances, furniture, etc are very old. Parking is scarce."

"Check-in was a nightmare! The host needs to prepare a totally new plan to get the guest into the property. Arrangements need to be made upon reserving the property. The host claimed she had sent emails to us a few days before arrival, but we never received them. We were on a cruise to Europe and we never received emails she sent a few days before arrival. "The view from the balcony is beautiful - and that’s why we stayed here. The apartment is OK - but was fine for our needs. We did not spend much time there as we were out exploring. Some suggestions: - provide instructions for the washing machine. - provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper - provide Wi-Fi connection"

"Location is excellent. Parking is very limited. There is free and paid parking within a 10 or 15 minute from the unit but it should be located before you get there. There is a bit of a musty smell on the floor where the bedrooms are. The WIFI does not work on the upper floor. The kitchen was lacking a few things such as a dish cloth and bowls."
