"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. "The place was lovely, a unit in a two unit casita (share a wall with another unit) off the main house, next to the pool and the vineyard. This unit has a private rose garden, nice seating area and a lovely cat that sat with us. Stargazing was a bit difficult because of all of the lights on the property, but still very beautiful. "We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!"

"Great location. The room I had was in the back corner, which was great because it was quiet. The bathroom was really small, but the shower was amazing. For the price, you can't beat it. It was my 2nd time staying and I'll definitely be back again! Nice proximity to the wharf and boardwalk! "

Seacliff Inn Aptos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

"Close to Santa Cruz and had many food places within walking distance. The rooms were clean and they have a pool and hot tub which my kids loved. Both of the front desk ladies in the morning and the afternoon were friendly and helpful I forgot their names but they were amazing. Big thanks to the housekeeper for how clean the rooms were. I stayed in 305 and 307 and they were perfect the tub faucet was shiny. I felt like I was in a palace. They even put my name of the tv so when I walked it I felt super welcome. I will stay there again in the near future."

Inviting and Engaging Hotel

"We hosted 11 performers for two shows at 418 Project behind the hotel. Performers were very happy with their rooms and proximity to the venue. The last evening more than 30 of us gathered at the bar. The bar staff were excellent and accommodating. A lot of people to land at one time and the bar tenders were super at all those orders."
