"We love the location of this house! Only a couple blocks to the beach and to restaurants at the harbor. A great beach house! The only problem was that the back bedroom got very cold at night and we could not find any heat source in there. We would still return to this place though, the location is worth it!"

It was easy to see why the owner had won awards for restoration of the Carriage House. It was both beautiful and so thoughtfully done. Every day we noticed new details that were thematic, considerate or just pretty. Those little "surprises" were themselves a pleasure. Everything from the "horse" theme to the detail of the hardware chosen to the beach glass...
