This home is divided into three floors, so spreading out will be no problem when it is time to hit the hay. The lower floor is home to the first bedroom offering a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second floor will be the main hub for entertaining, yet the living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger groups. The third floor features three more bedrooms, one boasting a king bed and attached bath, one featuring a queen bed, and the last offering a twin-over-double bunk bed! These two bedrooms have easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway.

Sitting mere steps from the endless sugar-white sand of Whitecap Beach, the sunbathers and surfers of the group will be in paradise. When you want to head out for a bite to eat or to grab a few groceries to stock up, the main drag of the island is less than two miles from home base. Plus, a change of scenery can be found six-and-a-half miles north at Mustang Island State Park where you can spend all day hiking along coastal trails in the sunshine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
