There are 2 servers are very exceptional, Lila and Ariel, Lila, she is very patient explaining the menu of local food to my wife. In the morning, the dining room is undermanned. I had observed that certain customer did get frustrated with the server, only one server in the morning for the entire dining room. Can only do so much by one person if too many...

"I had a lovely stay here staying in the Pyramid. The whole place was stunning. It had an amazing private balcony that had tree top views over El Nido. Perfect to watch the sunset. The food served in the bar was lovely and the infinity pool also had amazing tree top views. Sad to only stay one night. The staff were very friendly! Would love to come back."

"Great place, great staff, great location. The only issue I had was the noise of the dogs barking way too much at night. They had some house dogs that they should really put somewhere else besides, let them walk around at night because the other dogs on the beach will try and out bark them."
