I would have ranked it a 5 - so I will say 4.9 - if there had been coffee, paper towels and napkins it would have been a five. Terrific view, a fireplace ready to go! "Modern, clean one bedroom unit. First floor, which make moving in/out easy. Nice small brook in the back sitting area. My disappointment was the advertised gas fireplace. It had a large tag on it saying it did not pass inspection Oct 11th, "Do Not Use". I was never told this."

"The condo was very clean inside and conveniently located. It was very warm for September and no air conditioning. So, the bedroom in the loft area was especially warm. We discovered fans under the beds when we were cleaning up for check out. I wish the fact that fans are located under the beds had been included in the instruction notebook. We looked in closets etc. but did not think to look under the beds."
