"PROS: Brand new, extremely clean, open and bright floorplan that had great flow. Even though it looks like a tiny home, it's surprisingly big...especially the kitchen. It's also pet friendly with a nice fenced yard. Location is fabulous within minutes from downtown. You can't walk to restaurants, but many hotspots are only a 5-10 min car ride. "We were getting together to chat and catch up and the house was great for that. My dog liked exploring the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Allen provided all the information needed prior to check in and it was a breeze."

"We were allowed early access to the house which was appreciated. We were there for less than 24 hours so did not use the ample back yard or hot tub. An older home with it's quirks. The temperature in the house was a little tricky to regulate but manageable. The upstairs TV did not work I believe because there was not a remote that we could get to work. We appreciated the coffee for our early am check out. "

"Overall this spot was great. For some reason the hot tub had an error and wouldn’t heat up. Was really looking forward to the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and Allen was great. "

"Went to Charlotte for a wedding with 6 other family members. The property itself was nice and looked just like the pictures. The house had everything we needed and adequate space. The owner was very nice, responsive and always accommodating. I would book again for sure."

"House was perfect for out 4 couple weekend. We were in town for a Birthday Bash at a friend’s house. The location was great for restaurants and the breweries. Sunrise over the lake was magnificent with a hot cup of coffee. Would recommend for anyone. I am sure summer would be a great stay. "

"We loved our 2 week winter stay at Greg's home. It was clean and designed very pleasantly. Greg made sure we had any question answered quickly even how to get the TV to pull up the Super Bowl game! There was great care in providing the small things like some spices and condiments as well as necessities like hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels, kitchen storage bags etc to get you started. "My family stayed in Charlotte, NC for a cousin's wedding. The VRBO was very clean and comfy. The photos of the property were very accurate and we loved the park down the street. Our host was very responsive and check-in/check-out was very easy. For the pet lovers, the neighbor's cat, Jerry was a welcome visitor. He would visit every day for pets and cuddles. "Went to a hockey game at Bojangles Arena. Was able to walk to the game. The property was decent. Parking on site was a little tight. Also, it is very noisy all a round the house. The place was clean and had comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen."
