"We had a very nice visit. Really enjoyed the swings by the river. Beautiful parks and waterfalls close by. It was very relaxing. I actually left prescription pain med in the drawer at checkout. They called as soon as it was found. Very nice and honest staff. Very dog friendly at the hotel and provided a list of many dog friendly businesses."

"It is a great spot for going to helen and to dahlonega georgia, and its cheap, clean, it has good eating options nearby, the service was good, and the room has everything you newd on a stay, the only downside is thst it is a little outdated, but this does not affect the stay at all"

"Had a lovely stay in Big Horn Suite. Itnwas very charming un ita rustic way. Decorated in a warm and cozy fashion. Only anahort drive into Helen, GA to enjoy the town and Oktoberfest. We didn't see any staff members, but got our instructions for entry via text. They were very responsive when we asked for ice. "

"Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...

"We had pre-booked this motel for a stop on a cross country move with 6 dogs& 2 cats. When we arrived, the motel was completely closed due to an upstairs fire. Obviously unavoidable, but they had online reservations through the main reservation line and no email or call was made to let us know. When we called the customer service line they literally said well what did you want us to do about it. Completely unapologetic & didn't offer to help find a different location."

"Only 15 minutes up to Suches, or down to downtown Dahlonega and 25 minutes to Helen, this home is a great central location for so many activities. We definitely had plenty of space for a family of 4. We loved walking the dog in the woods and the small neighborhood where we saw so many beautiful deer.
