You get to the first floor with the elevator and you open the door like you are getting into an office. On the floor it’s 6 rooms. For me specifically was very weird. The room was OK but very small. "This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend."

If you know what time you are arriving, phone ahead as there is no reception / self check in at the BnB, someone comes to meet you to give you the keys. The biggest issue for us was that the room was not very sound proofed and we could more or less hear conversations in the room next to us. "There is not reception in the building therefore you are getting all instructions via telephone. I got them all by WhatsApp. There is no elevator to 4 th flour and stairs are narrow. If you have heavy bag careful about the floor you books. Room was clear and the person I contact by What's app was helpful. The tram is just next road at back therefore it is noisy room. I do not care noise usually but It wake me up. Location is nice there are several restorant and cafees very close to hotel. "

"Room was breathtaking along with the area. Duomo was in full view once outside hotel. Access on arrival was a little confusing. Nothing stated Ammobilia suites on the front of building and access needed a key. After a few calls from our cell phone, we asked a tenant in building for assistance. He called and spoke to a person who quickly arrived on the premises. Afterward, everything was smooth."
