"A delightful stay! The neighborhood is full of color, food, shops, cafés. We ate at the flat several times having picked up treats during the day. The quaint and cozy patio made for a restful spot to take our meals. Inside, this fairly typical French flat is very comfortable. Everything you need to eat onsite. Spotless! And our host, Vénie, checked in on us several times, making sure we had what we needed which we did. Totally recommend for about 1-4 people. "

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

"Multiple layers of management as the people coordinating our rental were not the property owners. Rental liason's were wonderful and very responsive. Unit is a bit tired and spiral staircase is a hazard for most adults. Also steps into dining room and then steps down to kitchen. 2 of 3 showers were tubs with HIGH clearances and 3rd was shower only but not floor level (big step up). For people with mobility issues, beware. I have MS so sensitive to mobility issues. Having the steps taped, may...

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"Als ich ankam, war niemand da!!! Ich rief an, niemand antwortete! Ich war mit meinen Eltern, einer 4-jährigen Tochter und einem Freund im Rollstuhl !!! Es war sehr heiß, also träumten wir von einer Pause !!! Einen Moment später bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass unsere Apartments stornieren ist! 4 Stunden suchten wir ein Hotel!!! Wir haben 2 mal mehr bezahlt!!! Albtraum!!! Der Eigentümer muss die Konsequenzen tragen!!!"

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "The room was spotless with a beautiful view. Good location, easy access via walking or metro, and a supermarket round the corner. We would have really appreciated coffee - either a coffee machine or a French press! Also - only one working lift wasn't ideal! The pool was a big disappointment - cracked tiles and very dirty so we didn't end up using it. Not the end of the world as plenty to do in Paris!"
