"We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "

"Convenient to UCC and downtown. Pretty location. Breakfast was very nice...unique breads. Really loved the executive lounge for working - nice feature. Reception staff all terrific. "

"Efficient check-in. Very friendly staff. A bit of a wait at the bar without any acknowledgement but when served it was all fine. Room was lovely. Food in the restaurant was really nice and huge portions. While we didn’t stay long we had a lovely stay in Cork"
