"Beautiful Tuscan Location "

"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa. After dropping us off to get settled, he went back to our car and replaced our flat tire and drove our car back to the villa.Marco and his wife’s concern for us was more than we could have ever expected from a host. We are truly grateful for their kindness.. The property matched their personality, warm and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that they made it a point to check in on us to make sure we were ok.The accommodations were impeccable and the views were amazing! It was a nice place to relax and unwind before we continued our travels. We would definitely return!"

"This property has amazing views and an amazing experience. Close to a lot of small towns to visit. Less than and hour away from Lucca. This property is a true gem and the owners are fantastic. Do not miss out on their pizza night. "

"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "

"Loved the decor and setting if the hotel, felt very luxurious abd very good value forvthecmoney paid. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner in both restaurants. Fab small spa, great massages. Only negative is that the pool is unheated so getting into the water was a bit unpleasant, there was rarely anyone swimming and also the sea was too rough to swim our whole stay (June), that is the only reason why we would not return. "
