"Staff is UNMATCHED and superb. Hotel sits right on the beach with 2 pools. There are plenty of beach chairs by the pool and on the beach. We only walked on the beach because it was just too hot to sit out there. Breakfast buffet had everything, Asian and western. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort. We saw people snorkeling, doing yoga, playing volleyball, etc. They have 24-hrs room service, which was great because we checked into our hotel about 10pm so was able to order food also. Our room was spacious with partial ocean view, which I paid for full ocean view. We were in Tower C, the next building blocked out the right side of the ocean view. The rug and end of bed chair had stains and the rug had a "lift" that me and my husband constantly tripped over. It was annoying. The hotel is far from the city. We had to get a Grab to go outside the resort and get food. The hotel is very nice but the surrounding areas are not, which is beyond the hotel's control. This is also the first hotel that I have ever been in that has TSA xray machine with walk through metal detectors. Good to know that the staff cares about our safety. The whole city has tons of security. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. "
