"I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. The only issue was the heating system was not powerful enough to heat the large room. Even on the maximum setting it took almost 2 hours to warm up a bit, and I doubt the room heated to 20 or 21C. Internet was very weak and sometimes non-existent in my room. The in room phone did not work, so every time I had an issue, I had to go down to the front desk."
