"Arrived late due to delayed ferry. Staff on reception was very friendly and informative even with the hour of arrival. My daughter was given a small gift bag for children which was amazing. With small wooden toys, a yoyo, a puzzle and a spinning top and sweets. Comfortable, clean room. Breakfast in the morning had a good range of hot and cold. Would definitely recommend. "

"My tour group of 8 stayed here for the last 2 nights of our trip. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Dined at the hotel restaurant out first night. Excellent service and food was great. Decidef to eat offsite for our 2nd nite. Great location. Very walkable for exploring Arras. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"We enjoyed this hotel. We used it as it was close to the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, was easy to take an Uber to it from there. The hard part was trying to get a ride back, no taxis were available but eventually Uber came through. The area is a little less tourist oriented so the people don’t really speak a lot of English, so bring your translator app, that worked well for us. Everyone was nice and we had fun with it. It’s also just down the street from the Lens Louvre. Would stay again."
