"We arrived during an extreme cold spell and especially appreciated the genuine hospitality offered by all staff that we encountered during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and ideally suited to our needs. The only "complaint" we had was the noise of the HVAC unit, which of course ran more than usual because of the cold. "

"Check in was a breeze as usual. The room we got smelled really bad when we walked in but narrowed that down to something in the garbage disposal in the sink. Turned it on and the smell was gone by the time we came back from dinner. That was the only bad thing we encountered. The hot tub was great, breakfast options were slim but good. All around a great stay as always. Still our favorite go-to hotel in this city. "
