The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and truly didn’t want to leave. "What a find, as close to the sea as you can possible get, the villa is in an absolutely perfect location. Amenities close by, although a steep climb is at the start, it quickly turns into a gentle climb up to the main strip. The car hire company U2 recommended by lisa was a perfect addition to our holiday, Napoleon and his son Androis were so helpful and made the actual process so easy, the courtesy escort to the villa was a god send as we didnt land in paphos til after 12.30am. As we were here in march quite a few of the restaurants were closed but the ones we tried served extremely good food, phils and the mexican, the steaks were delicious. Bottle of wine were roughly 18, t bone much the same. The beach at coral bay is lovely, think they were doing abit maintenance when we visited it, tons of new sand waiting to be put down. I would certainly recommend the villa for the price, great value with the location alone. "

"Enjoyed our stay here. It's a smaller hotel (compared to the Coral Beach next door), so it's much quieter, especially as there are no children. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pool area was really well maintained and the staff were very attentive (perhaps a little too attentive?). However, the indoor pool looked a little 'tired', looking like it needed some attention. The breakfast buffet was varied and well-prepared. The hotel restaurant for evening meals, despite being very good, was at the expensive end at around €100 for two people for a two-course meal with wine. The local beach can be reached from the hotel, and there are plenty of other places to each or drink within a few minutes walk, or a 20-minute walk into the local town."

"We have just returned after a fab week at Villa Lucas. Great communication from owner Andy before our trip. Lovely welcome on arrival from Andy PPL property management. He took his time to explain everything and offer lots of helpful tips, despite us arriving late evening. The villa had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location for the bars and restaurants on Coral Bay strip and easy walk to the beach. Andy from PPS recommended Laourou Beach over coral bay. Great beach and excellent for snorkelling. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Our particular favourites were Les Amis, Phidias tavern and Corallo. This was our first visit to Cyprus but won’t be our last. We can highly recommend Villa Lucas."

"10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again."

"Lovely villa, very clean and had everything we required. Great views out to sea, a short walk to the bars and restaurants. I wasn’t aware how “English” Coral bay had become, if you like the English bars and full breakfasts this area is for you, if you prefer more traditional restaurants and bars there’s some lovely places further up into the hills just a short car ride away. "

"Having newly opened in May 2024 there is a fresh and polished feel to this hotel and spa. There is a relaxing and elegant energy around the hotel, the staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. There is an area of bars and restuarants close by with a convenience store too. However going all inclusive is a resonable option as the food at the hotel is plentiful and a good standard. All in all a fantastic stay is pretty much a guarantee."
