"The Craven Arms is the most welcoming, amazing pub we've been lucky to visit in the UK. The stories about the owners and the pub are amazing. The regulars were super welcoming and happy to share a few pints and swap stories. The food is excellent and services is great! And then there are the shepherd huts, so cozy, I only wished I stayed longer. I'll certainly be back!"

"If you want a peaceful location with family and dog walks in the forest then this is perfect "

"We had a great weekend staying in the Essex lodge. I found everything to be as described on the website and the hot tub was perfect. Some nice little touches with the sports equipment on the field and the walk in the woods is a hidden gem, well worth the effort. Overall a good area to visit with plenty to do."

"Couldn’t fault anything. Great location. Fantastic restaurants and pubs nearby. Was there for a 3 night work exhibition at the Convention Centre right opposite. "
