Thank you for an amazing holiday
The photos of this property just don't do it justice, it's a lot bigger than it looks and is very pretty. We travelled as a group of 8 adults and 3 small children and there was more than enough space for all of us. There is plenty of outdoor seating, lots for the children (trampoline, slide, swings, bikes) and the pool has a really good shallow end for them to splash about in. The property itself was very clean and obviously well looked after and well equipped. The owner was lovely and very welcoming, always happy to answer any questions and recommended places to visit, even a good wine shop! The nearby beach St Isodoro was beautiful and again very well looked after, I would also recommend a visit to Lecce with it's beautiful baroque buildings and plenty of restaurants and shops, you could spend hours there. I have visited many places in Italy, but I loved the relaxed feel of Puglia, it is less touristy than other areas and the people are very friendly, and children always seemed welcome where we went. I would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting peace and quiet but with plenty of nearby things to see and do. My only disappointment is that I didn't book for two weeks!

Nous sommes un groupe de 22 amis, adultes et adolescents. Nous partons chaque été ensemble depuis des années. La masseria San Vito etait ideale pour notre groupe et le proprietaire est super.

La dolce vita
La villa est juste formidable, très belle bâtisse avec une grande piscine entourée d’un magnifique jardin arboré et fleuri. Elle dispose d’une grande capacité de couchage et est très bien décorée dans un style italien typique. Le jardin dispose de plusieurs endroit de détente, il est idéal pour les enfants (vélo, balançoire, etc…) Tout notre groupe a passé un agréable moment dans cette villa. Le plus c’est bien sûr Belisario !! Très gentil, très disponible et nous a donné plein de spots à visiter. Il est d’une gentillesse très rare et parle bien le français!! Je vous recommande VIVEMENT cette location. Beaucoup de bons souvenirs et de bons poème t en famille et entre amis! Un grand merci Belisario!!

Super vacances, trop vite finies
La Masseria San Vito est une propriété pleine de charme, avec une localisation qui permet de découvrir facilement la région de Salento. Toute la famille (12 adultes et 6 enfants et adolescents) a beaucoup apprécié le séjour et a trouvé que la semaine est passée beaucoup trop vite. Piscine, bbq, vélos, différents jeux, ... tout est là. Le propriétaire (Belisario, qui parle très bien français) est très accueillant et sympathique, très à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Un grand merci pour tout !

Autentisk syd-italiensk familietur
Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vert. Belisario tok oss i mot, viste oss rundt og forlot kjøleskapet fullt av frukt og grønnsaker:-) Han fikset praktiske gjøremål ved behov, og gjorde sitt ytterste for å vise sin gjestfrihet. Sjarmerende hus med gamle spennende skatter!

Heel ruim huis op prima locatie
In deze woning, eigenlijk woningen, is heel veel ruimte. De ligging is prima. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker zwembad. Eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In de buurt is er veel te zien en te doen. Porto Cesareo is ook erg leuk. Een aanrader. Wij waren met 9 vrienden. Iedereen een eigen kamer.

Rustic farmhouse, bedrooms suited our group perfectly.
We were a group of 15, with 7 teenagers between ages 13 & 16. The kids loved the bikes, Billiards and the separate houses. The farmhouse has some very interesting items, we used the pasta machine, with superb results.The large table was fantastic as we could all eat together. I would recommend the pizza place, Over The Top, which Belisario booked for us. They were very accommodating and the food was excellent. The local beach is also worth a visit, very calm and shallow.

Una settimana indimenticabile! Ci torneremo
Eravamo in 22 persone, 12 adulti e 10 bambini, ed abbiamo trascorso sette giorni meravigliosi. La masseria è attrezzata per far divertire tutti, grandi e piccoli, con la grande e bella piscina, il vasto giardino, i giochi all'aperto ed in casa ( campo di bocce, biliardo professionale, biliardino, ping-pong, scivolo, tappeto elastico, risciò ecc.) ed anche con una casa sugli alberi, che è stata la gioia di tutti i bambini; inoltre ci sono tanti animali: cavalli pony, capre, galline , pavoni ed anche tartarughe. Il proprietario, sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha offerto frutta e verdure dell'orto ed ha risolto immediatamente un grosso problema ad un componente del gruppo Dalla masseria è facile raggiungere la spiaggia di S. Isidoro in pochi minuti e visitare tutto il Salento, grazie alla sua posizione ed a un'ottima viabilità Ci piacerebbe tornarci,. Grazie Belisario

Très belle Masseria avec un propriétaire très dévoué au bien-être des occupants !
Nous étions un groupe de 15 personnes et la masseria SAN VITO était parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins. Cette masseria est pleine de charme et la très belle pergola nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur. La situation géographique est excellente : proche de Gallipoli, Lecce, Porto Selvaggio et des belles plages de Punta Prosciutto. Les autres destinations (Otranto Castro, Pesculose ...) restent également à portée de voiture. Belisario (propriétaire et personne chaleureuse et avenante) a toujours répondu présent pour nos questions / petits soucis / demandes d'information. Je recommande SAN VITO à tous ceux qui veulent visiter le sud des Puglie

DIECI STELLE LUSSO (In barba a un certo Flavio)
Finalmente ho trovato il tempo per fare questa recensione. A dire la verità forse un quarto d’ora avrei potuto trovarlo anche qualche settimana fa, ma ho preferito mettere un periodo di distacco fra la fine della vacanza e le mie riflessioni (o meglio le nostre, dato che il gruppetto dei vacanzieri era formato da venti umani e 2 cani). Andarsene da S. Vito non è stata semplicemente la fine di una vacanza, che, già di per sé non è mai il massimo dell’allegria, ma è stato, per tutti, lasciare un luogo e delle persone che rimarranno sempre nei nostri cuori. Tutto il Salento è stata una bella scoperta: - il mare è ovunque bellissimo e trasparente pur essendo un tantino sovraffollato, ma se deciderete di arrivare la mattina presto e di rientrare per pranzo o di andare a fare un tuffo a pomeriggio inoltrato, eviterete la folla e troverete comodo parcheggio. - Lecce, raggiungibile in meno di mezzora dalla Masseria, stramerita una visita accurata, meglio se guidata, ancor meglio se questa guida è Pina (chiedere all’azienda di soggiorno e turismo) - I paesi salentini più o meno grandi o famosi hanno tutti qualcosa di interessante da mostrare e feste quasi ogni sera con grandi luminarie e onnipresenti fuochi d’artificio. - Il cibo è ovunque ottimo e, se vi piace cucinare, a San Vito troverete tutto il necessario per farlo, compreso un forno/barbecue per succulente grigliate, e posto per allestire mega-tavolate. - La Masseria da sola vale la vacanza: camere per tutti i gusti e gli “accoppiamenti” (siamo riusciti a trovare la giusta collocazione per tutti i ragazzi), letti comodi, bagni sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, spazi interni ed esterni in abbondanza e dulcis in fundo la rinfrescante piscina. Cosa volere di più? Niente se non tornarci!!! PS: Che sciocca, ho dimenticato un piccolo particolare! La casa ha un “valore aggiunto” che si chiama Belisario, un padrone di casa sempre presente quando necessario, che sa darti ottimi consigli , raccontarti storie affascinanti e che ha saputo anche scegliere moglie! Purtroppo abbiamo avuto poco tempo per frequentare Anna Maria, ma è bastato per capire che, oltre a fare delle ricottine eccezionali, è una donna “giusta“…non foss’altro perché gioca a Burraco! Prof, you Know , I love P.S. Abbracci e baci sparsi. Lilly, Stefania, Barbara, Claudia, Barbara, Daniela, Martina, Matilde, Elisa, Paolo, Emanuele, Maurizio, Leonardo, Fabrizio, Gigi, Francesco, Marco, Marco, Lorenzo e Andrea e un saluto a Chicco anche da Joy e Argo.

The Masseria San Vito is a beautiful, traditional property with lots of space
Anna Maria and Belisario managed to accommodate our large group (24) ranging in ages from 2 to 72, allowing us to be flexible about moving beds around and so on to accommodate our needs. Belisario brought us his home grown tomatoes, peppers and herbs and did everything he could to make us welcome. There is a beautiful garden, with a swimming pool, which was essential to our comfort in the heat of August. The large number of living rooms, courtyards, etc. meant that we could find places to be quiet if we wanted to and did not feel crowded at all. We kept our excess food for the goats, horses and tortoises and the children loved feeding them. The children also loved the tree house, hammocks, table tennis, slide and other facilities which Belisario and Anna Maria provided. The kitchen had a large cooker, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and all the equipment needed for self-catering. Initially, we had a few problems with the electricity cutting out due to the large number of people using it, but Belisario soon arranged for an increased supply and the problem was solved. We found that he was very happy to help us with any difficulty. Although most of the sleeping spaces have air conditioning, not all do, and as it was very hot, we really needed all the sleeping areas to have this. We loved exploring the beautiful beaches, historic towns, and the excellent restaurants. We found the people we met very hospitable. Most of the holiday makers were Italian, and we hardly heard another language, except in the biggest towns. I would recommend this area of Italy - not smart, but relaxed, friendly, with lots to see and do. I would recommend this property too - we have many happy memories of our two week stay.

Piacevolissima settimana
Piacevolissima settimana trascorsa alla masseria San Vito, cullati dalla generosa ospitalità del Sig Belisario, attento e premuroso custode di una casa davvero curiosa e affascinante, perché ricca dei suoi ricordi di viaggi e di vita. Eravamo in 17, numero peraltro sfortunato, ma la nostra permanenza, tra chiacchiere, cucina e relax è stata ben oltre le aspettative. La masseria è ben posizionata tra Copertino, la vicina ed interessantissima Lecce -da visitare by night per goderne l`anima- e le splendide ma affollate spiagge della costa salentina.

Great place to stay in Puglia
Really enjoyable stay at this wonderful farmhouse. Greeted by our host Belisario, who showed us the stunning entrance with its vaulted ceilings. Plenty of bedrooms. Then onto the pool houses with even more sleeping space. Previous guests were right to say that the photographs do not do justice to the Accommodation's. The only slight drawback was the smallish kitchen for our party of 17, but we managed OK(typically Italian I think). Definitely need a car as about 1 hour from Brindisi airport but plenty of parking space in the secure grounds. Would love to come back in the summer months although the weather was pleasant enough for the end of October.

Una vacanza indimenticabile
Posto meraviglioso. Una volta entrati nella masseria del sig. Belisario non si ha più voglia di uscirne. Gli spazi articolati permettono anche a gruppi numerosi, con molti bimbi, di godere della piscina, del giardino, di giocare con gli animali e nella bellissima casa sull'albero, a ping-pong, biliardino e tanto altro. Belisario è un ospite sempre accogliente, disponibile e attento. Grazie ancora a nome di tutto il gruppo Martina

vacances entre amis et ados
Jolie demeure à l’âme italienne. Dépaysement totale et très bel espace, où chacun peut se retrouver selon ses envies (cabane dans les arbres, piscine, ferme, espace audiovisuel…..). Tout y est pour passer des vacances inoubliables. Nous remercions très chaleureusement notre hôte Belisario, toujours disponible pour nous dépanner, nous donner les informations utiles et nous suivre dans nos moments pénibles (visite des urgences pour une belle otite). Il faut quand même dire qu’il est préférable de parler italien (l’anglais n’est absolument pas parlé). Nous sommes contents d’avoir découvert cette partie de l’Italie. La situation géographique de la ferme San Vito comble les envies de chacun, entre mers et découvertes des terres. De notre côté, nous vous conseillons « le village des trullis » à Alberobello (à 100km mais à voir), Porto Cesareo (12 km) petit port sympa (le marché jeudi matin), Gallipoli (20 km), Lecce (25 km), Otranto (60 km) et Santa Maria di Leuca (60 km). Pour informations, la vie italienne est rythmée de tôt le matin jusqu’à 13h puis elle reprend de 18h à minuit… Nous conseillons donc la ferme San Vito sans hésiter 

THANK YOU FOR A VERY NICE WEEK!
What a fantastic place! It does function very well for a big family over 2-3 generations and for a big group of people. We, a group of 14 adults from Sweden, stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. The property is very beautiful and good taken care of. We had nice days, ralaxing in the sun at the pool side and enjoying the flowers and green garden and the house with its spacious lounges. the owner was very friendly and helpful and did welcomeing us on the evening of arrival. We took short day trips to surrounding villages and cities such as Galipolli and Lecce and beautiful beaches. We can highly recommend this farm . Best regards from Birgitta with friends

vacances familiales inoubliables
nous sommes une famille de 20 personnes et nous avons passé une semaine à la ferme San Vito. cette maison bien placée pour visiter les Pouilles est belle et suffisamment grande pour que chacun trouve un coin tranquille à l'interieur ou à l'exterieur. Elle est très décorée avec goût. On sent une âme de famille plus que dans aucune autre location classique. Notre hôte B. est toujours prêt à rendre service pour que notre séjour soit agréable.on a vite l'impression de faire partie de ses amis. un tres grand sens de l'accueil qui rend les vacances delicieuses. merci à B. et sa femme grâce à qui nous avons passé d'excellents moments. je recommande chaudement cette location.

veramente unposto splendido
salve Forse è la prima volta che lascio una recensione ma il caro Belisario la merita. Un giorno ero su internet e cercavo una sistemazione comoda per tutti noi, siamo un gruppo di amici che amano fare le vacanze tutti insieme, e mi sono imbattuto in questa masseria che dalle foto e dalle recensioni sembrava fare al nostro caso. Ho contattato il proprietario e ho prenotato. Non voglio essere tedioso ma tutto ciò che si dice, è, forse strano ma vero. Ambiente familiare ma di classe, la struttura centrale è stata ripristinata con una cura eccezionale dei particolari, le altre due strutture una è della stessa tipologia della prima mentre l'altra deve essere adeguata allo stesso stile delle altre due, ma sempre tranquillamente all'altezza, la piscina e il giardino, tenuto benissimo, sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Situata in un punto strategico, vicino a molte belle spiagge, e a luoghi turistici da vedere. Francesvo e i suoi 16 amici

Bravo Professore!
Ciao a tutti! Siamo stati recentemente ospiti della masseria San Vito e del Prof. B. e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene. La masseria è molto bella e ben attrezzata...anche per un gruppo di 18 persone con 8 bimbi si è rivelata una scelta azzeccatissima. Il giardino è molto curato e pieno di piante anche utili per la cucina (basilico, rosmarino, alloro, salvia, pomodori, fichi, more...). La piscina una manna nei giorni molto caldi e con spiagge affollate di agosto, dotata di robot per la pulizia e di ciclo di purificazione automatico. Se avete bambini ci sono anche un bel po’ di animali (pony, caprette, galline, conigli e oche) che monopolizzeranno la loro attenzione. La posizione è nella tranquilla campagna a pochi km sia dal litorale ionico e delle spiagge circostanti, sia dalla Lecce – Gallipoli che vi permette di spostarvi rapidamente verso sud o verso l’Adriatico. Ma il valore aggiunto della casa è proprio il Prof, una persona squisita e a dir poco disponibile: qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta abbiate proverà di risolvervela in men che non si dica. Séjour inoubliable dans une demaure magnifique.
La masseria San Vito nous a permis d'effectuer notre regroupement familial annuel (17 personnes) dans un cadre très agréable et spacieux. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts, la maison étant très bien équipée à la fois pour les petits, les ados comme les plus grands et chacun avait son espace sans gêner les autres. De multiples jeux pour les enfants sont accessibles (toboggan, trampoline, balançoire...), des vélos et une rosalie sont à disposition pour de petites ballades et la piscine est là pour rafraîchir tout le monde au centre des 3 bâtiments qui composent la masseria. Le jardin arboré est très agréable et les transats au bord de la piscine permettent de bien en profiter tout comme des 3 terrasses ombragées qui l'entourent. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cette maison et notre hôte Belisario a été vraiment charmant et serviable, répondant toujours présent en cas de besoin. La maison est aussi idéalement placée pour découvrir la région : à quelques minutes des plus belles plages du secteur (San Isodoro, Porto Cesareo...) et à une demi-heure plus ou moins de jolies découvertes : Lecce, Galipoli, Otrante, Nardo, Galatina... à recommander aussi bien que plus éloignés : la route d'Otrante à Santa Maria di Leuca , la région des trulli avec Alberobello et Matera, la cité des sassi. Bref, un séjour qui a comblé les petits comme les grands avec encore un grand merci à vous, Belisario qui nous avez permis de nous retrouver dans de si bonnes et belles conditions. Demeure grandiose et accueil chaleureux !
Nous sommes une famille de 22 personnes qui cherchait un logement agréable, tranquille, point de départ pour aller à la découverte des Pouilles pendant une semaine. D'abord, la Masseria, récemment rénovée, est une grande et spendide demeure. En arrivant, nous nous sommes tout de suite senti chez nous. Et cela grâce à notre hôte B. qui nous accueille comme si nous étions de sa famille. D'ailleurs, à n'importe quel moment du séjour, B. est toujours disponible pour rendre service, pour venir sur place si besoin. De cette façon B. fait le maximum pour nous soulager du moindre petit soucis. De plus, il nous présente aux commerçants du village, il nous proposent les bonnes adresses, il prend plaisir à nous parler de son pays. Le jardin est plein de jeux pour les enfants, la piscine fait le bonheur de tous. La Masseria est une demeure pleine de vie, avis aux amateurs d'animaux de ferme, juste derrière la maison et le jardin intérieur, vivent poneys, chèvres, volailes, lapins, chien, chats... Le bonheur des plus jeunes et des plus grands... La Masseria est ausi une base judicieuse pour découvrir les Pouilles : Lecce à une demi-heure de voiture, la mer, la plage à 10 minutes à peine, le sympatique petit port de Gallipoli à 30 minutes. Bref très facile de rayonner en voiture sur les côtes Ionienne et Adriatique, de monter plus haut pour découvrir Les Trulli, Bari, les grottes. Pour finir, cette demeure grandiose et l'accueil de B. nous laisse un souvenir spécial, très sympatique, innoubliable. Nous n'avons aucune hésitation à recommander la Masseria San Vito ! Un grand merci B. !

bisognerebbe stare un mese per godersela tutta
noi amici cerchiamo sempre dimore tranquille in mezzo alla natura e questa volta la masseria ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa, animali attorno e fresche uova gentilmente offerte dal proprietario.piscina ben attrezzata ,camere tutte matrimoniali tre saloni ben strutturati. Il meglio però sono gli ampi porticati contornati di fiori e piante, un vero paradiso. Il proprietario persona squisita disponibile e ospitale ( un amico ) al quale tutti noi mandiamo un grazie sincero sergio.sereno.tino.pietro.francesco.franco,dino.
