"I loved everything about this hotel! It was even better in person than in the photos (I didn’t think that could be possible!) but the rooms were so luxurious and comfortable and the hotel lounge was such a cozy gathering place. We took full advantage of ‘cozy hour’ and enjoyed a free glass of wine at 5 pm to wind down the day and chat with other travellers. The staff were excellent and so responsive. I will definitely be going back to this hotel again - it’s one of the best small hotels I’ve ever been to and one of the most affordable too!"

Great food spots surrounding the area, would highly recommend to anyone traveling and need to rest their heads quickly before heading out again for a packed day of sightseeing. "

"I enjoyed a one night stay at the Phoenix in Copenhagen and would have certainly stayed a few more days if I had the time; Clean rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a wonderful staff. Thank you!"

"Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay."
