"For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality"

"We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week."

Heat in house easy to control and very effective. Location between Utica/New Hartford and Cooperstown is perfect. Smart TV with apps and access to streaming services is very much appreciated. Found the Wi-Fi to be very reliable, even when streaming live TV. Will definitely stay again, looking forward to returning next year!!"

"This is a great place for a family stay or vacation. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful dining/living areas. Having 2.5 bathrooms is also a convenient feature. Centrally located for visits to Utica, New Hartford and surroundings."
