Settled in a valley along Red Creek, only 2.5 miles from the Baseball Hall of Fame and Lake Otsego, and 6.7 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park, we provide a special accommodation experience. Come and explore everything that Cooperstown has to offer including golf, museums, fabulous breweries, restaurants, and so much more.

We offer an outdoor comfort station with hot shower, sink and toilet, a firepit area, gas grill, and picnic table with eating and cooking utensils in an screened in gazebo. You'll also have a private deck right on beautiful Red Creek so you can relax and take a dip in its cool waters. It's so comfortable, convenient and stocked with amenities, you could stay there all summer. It's a glamping experience that's like having a private cabin in the woods.
