"Loved this hotel, however cleanliness in the bathroom was a little bit of an issue. Found a lot of hair on walls floors and sink on arrival. Apart from that, location good, room service great, comfortable bed. Will stay again but will check cleanliness and report back next time if needed. "

"This was our second stay at the King Charles and again it exceeded expectations, from the comfortable room to the excellent breakfast, friendly staff and ambience. The bar food was particularly tasty and reasonably priced, so we are looking forward to visiting again very soon!"

"very comfortable, clean friendly staff. Good bar food and choice. Room was very quiet. Only downside not much pressure in the shower and slippery. Over all good value for money."
