Close enough to the town of Bloomsburg for shopping and dinners but far enough away for privacy. The owner, Chris, has organized the house/property instructions in a downable manual with a copy in the house. "Matt's property was great for our annual get together with friends. The communication leading up to the trip was great, check in was easy, and the house was even better than advertised. We had an amazing time!"

"The property was very nice and remote (which is what we were looking for). The place was as the pictures showed. It was clean and ready to be used. We checked in a bit early and the manager was extremely responsive and agreeable. Some detractors were the size of the shower (very small), the driveway was very steep and rather icy, and the distance from "stuff" (which again was what we were looking for).
