"The room is clean. However the sound proof on the first floor is not very good. I can hear the car engine starting sound outside of my window in the early morning. Also, there is no water fountain in either buildings."

"The front staff personnel were great with check in and out friendly and helpful. This next is on house keeping. When sitting on side of bed, I noticed multiple coffee(?) stains on floor. I forgot my bedroom slippers, so I used a towel to shuffle across the floor. That towel should have been clean but it was filthy dirty. Could not tell looking at the floor because it is driftwood grey wood like tile strips, so it really hides the dirt. Took photos but not tech savvy to trqansfer frfom...
