"Only one item to be aware of, the charge for electricity will be at least €150 per week. I assume that this was because the filtration on the swimming pool was running perhaps 18 hours a day. We visited in mid-September and only used the air conditioning for a couple of hours a day for less than half of our stay, so that wasn’t the issue. Not a complaint, the property is outstanding value for money, just something to factor in."

"The villa was very clean and had all the necessary items. Georgio was an excellent host. The only problem was that there is no living room so to speak. But there is a very nice patio to spend time relaxing and enjoy the view. More comfortable patio furniture would have made the stay even more enjoyable.
